Bank of Ireland employees have criticised a recommendation by the bank's senior executives to cut the Staff Stock Issue from 6% to 3%.

Bank of Ireland employees have criticised a recommendation by the bank's senior executives to cut the Staff Stock Issue from 6% to 3%.

The issue is a productivity agreement between management and staff, and arose out of a rationalisation plan put in place in 2005.
