ISEQ stumbles

The ISEQ index of Irish shares hit a stumbling block this afternoon as stocks fell 106.66 points to 6098.65 by close this evening.

A mixed afternoon for shares across the financial sector saw 23c wiped from AIB stocks at €13.17. Bank of Ireland and IL&P also took a wobble, slipping by 13c and 15c to €9.19 and €11.65 respectively.
