Average rents across the country levelled off towards the end of last year following a jump in the supply of properties, according to the property website Daft.ie.

Average rents across the country levelled off towards the end of last year following a jump in the supply of properties, according to the property website Daft.ie.

The company says the supply of properties for rent increased by 50% in the final three months of the year, probably because investors were deciding to rent due to difficulties in securing a buyer.
