Figures released today by the Central Statistics Office show that overall construction production has increased by 4% in the second quarter of 2007 when compared with the same period in 2006.

Figures released today by the Central Statistics Office show that overall construction production has increased by 4% in the second quarter of 2007 when compared with the same period in 2006.

Despite a fall of 10% in the volume of output in residential construction, the overall volume of output in building and construction activity went up by 4%.
