The ISEQ-index of Irish shares made steady gains this morning up 2.2% to 7123.88.
The financial heavyweights all made significant moves with AIB clocking up the best performance with a gain of 60c to €15.70. This comes on the back of a trading update released this morning which said AIB is targeting growth of around 13% in 2007 earnings per share.
