High prices affecting Ireland's competitiveness

High consumer prices and the growing rate of inflation are affecting Ireland's cost competitiveness, according to a report out today.

The National Competitiveness Council says that, while Ireland has enjoyed unprecedented economic progress over the past 15 years, competitiveness is currently weakening.
