The ISEQ index of Irish shares was up today; at the end of a poor week for the exchange it grew 76.72 points to 7124.63.

The ISEQ index of Irish shares was up today; at the end of a poor week for the exchange it grew 76.72 points to 7124.63.

The financial houses benefited from the more positive mood: AIB climbed €0.40 to €14.80, Anglo were up €0.13 to €10.05.
