Lending standards tightening, says Central Bank report

Annual growth rates of private-sector credit (PSC) have stabilised at around 20% since June 2007, according to figures released today.

The Central Bank statistics show that the adjusted annual rate of increase in August was 20.1%, marginally down from 20.3% in July.
