Brent crude rose late in the session yesterday on continuing fears of tightness in the market this winter and a fall in the US Dollar on the release of the minutes of the Feds September meeting.

Brent crude rose late in the session yesterday on continuing fears of tightness in the market this winter and a fall in the US Dollar on the release of the minutes of the Feds September meeting.

Today focus will be upon the EIA data, the release delayed by a day due to the Columbus day holiday. Forecasts suggest that crude stocks will rise by around 1mio bbls and a draw on distillate stocks of around 500,000bbls.
