Greenstar continues acquisition march

Waste management company Greenstar has acquired two other companies involved in the same business - Bailey Waste Recycling and Waterford-based Rainbow Refuse - for a total of €15.5m.

The two transactions bring Greenstar’s acquisitions to 13 in the last eight years. Last year, Greenstar secured debt refinancing of €200m to extend its footprint in the commercial, industrial and domestic waste sectors.
