The ISEQ index of Irish shares was up today, climbing 18 points to 8296.39.

The ISEQ index of Irish shares was up today, climbing 18 points to 8296.39.

Aer Lingus maintained its position despite announcing a fall in profits. Its price grew €0.01 to €2.44.
