Fall in cases referred to Labour Court

There was a drop in the amount of cases referred to the Labour Court, the annual report for 2006 has indicated.

However, while the number of cases referred to the Labour Court for arbitration was down 2% on the 2005 figure, it was equivalent to the average number of referrals over the past four years.
