House prices across the country have fallen by 2.6% since the start of the year, according to the latest figures from the ESRI and Permanent TSB.

House prices across the country have fallen by 2.6% since the start of the year, according to the latest figures from the ESRI and Permanent TSB.

The figures show the average cost of a home in June was €302,000, down from €310,000 last December.
