Women to make up larger proportion of skilled workforce

Women are set to make up an increasing proportion of the skilled workforce in the future, according to a new employment forecast from FAS and the ESRI.

The two organisations say growth in the workforce will generally be greatest in occupations that require third-level qualifications and high skill levels.
