Broadcasting giant BSkyB today said it was stemming the flow of customers quitting the group after hiking prices at the end of last year.

The group revealed its rate of “churn” had begun to ease in the final three months of its financial year, falling to 12.1% from a peak of 13.7% in the last quarter.
