More than 80% of Irish people have had a bad experience with a tradesmen, according to a survey by the Irish Federation of Master Tradesmen.

Bad workmanship is the most common complaint from members of the public when dealing with a tradesman, followed by poor time-keeping, unreliability and poor after-sales service.
