Rural house prices catching up fast with those in Dublin

The gap between Dublin house prices and those outside the capital is narrowing fast, according to a report from the Lisney estate agency.

The report says Dublin remains the most expensive place to buy a home, with the average price of a house in the capital around €420,000.
