Review: Irish housing market cooling 'slowly'

Bank of Ireland's quarterly analysis of the Irish property market reveals today that the Irish housing market is cooling in the 'soft' manner, as predicted.

The bank's 'Irish Property Review' says last year looks like a cyclical peak in growth for the market, although an abrupt change in market conditions is not expected.
