The volume of retail sales increased by 7.3% in January 2007 compared to January 2006, the Central Statistics Office said today. There was a monthly increase of 4%.

The volume of retail sales increased by 7.3% in January 2007 compared to January 2006, the Central Statistics Office said today. There was a monthly increase of 4%.

The value of retail sales increased by 8.5% in January 2007 compared to January 2006 and increased by 3.9% in the month.
