Veris spends €8m on property-management acquisitions

Property services group Veris has acquired two property management companies in Ireland, Glenrye Properties Services and Premier Property Management, for €8m.

Glenrye is the largest independent retail property management company in Ireland and manages, amongst others, the Dundrum Town Centre, The Square in Tallaght and Nutgrove Shopping Centre in Rathfarnham as well as a number of commercial properties. It provides strategic development advice and asset management advice on new large scale retail and commercial developments.

Premier Property Management is a Dublin-based provider of property management services focused on the residential market.
