Aer Lingus share price jumps to €2.96 in early trading

The price of shares in Aer Lingus is continuing to rise this morning in the wake of Ryanair's audacious takeover bid for the airline.

The share price jumped to €2.96 in early trading today, up from €2.20 when they were put on the stock market last week.
