EU businesses say China is top counterfeiter

European Union businesses today identified China as the world’s top producer of fake goods, claiming heavy sales losses and little support from authorities.

In a survey published by the European Commission in Brussels, 41 replies from almost 290 companies and industry groups say China is the worst offender.
