Billionaire Buffett's car auctioned

An eBay bidder has bought American billionaire investor Warren Buffett’s Lincoln Town Car for £40,600 (€60,357), almost five times the 2001 vehicle’s worth.

Proceeds go to Girls Inc, a national non-profit youth organisation that provides educational and recreational programmes for disadvantaged girls. The winner will get Buffett’s “THRIFTY” registration plate and Buffett will pick up the winner at Omaha airport when they come to claim the car.
