Taoiseach: New regulatory system needed for Dublin buses

The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has said that a new regulatory system is needed for all Dublin bus services.

Mr Ahern denies there is a rift between Fianna Fáil and the PDs over the privatisation of some bus routes.
