Irish workforce to reach 2.1 million by end of year

The employment agency FAS is reportedly predicting that Ireland's workforce will reach a record 2.1 million by the end of this year.

Reports this morning said the agency expected an extra 84,000 people to be in employment by the end of December, which is significantly more than previously forecast.
