The Labour Court is due to begin hearings today in a number of claims being forward by nurses following their decision to opt out of the benchmarking process.
The Irish Nurses Organisation and the Psychiatric Nurses Association are seeking a pay increase of more than 10% and a reduced working week of 35 hours.
