Settled start for ISEQ

The ISEQ index steadied this morning, losing just 4.1 points to drop to 7447.53 by 10.45am.

Despite some brisk trading, the financials reflected the general composed trend of the market. Bank of Ireland shed 5c to €14.10, as Irish Life & Permanent dropped 3c to €18.75. AIB and Anglo Irish Bank fared better, both climbing 3c to €18.15 and €11.95 respectively.
