Bank of Ireland (BoI) has appointed Special Saving Incentive Account (SSIA) advisers to each branch and have launched a new website and help line for customers as the May date looms for cash windfalls.

The role of the SSIA adviser will be to make the maturity process as simple as possible and to provide advice to customers relevant to their individual needs.
