The Labour Court has ruled in favour of workers at Irish Ferries in the dispute over the out-sourcing of more than 500 jobs to foreign workers.

Chairman Kevin Duffy told management and the main trade union involved, SIPTU, that existing agreements between them governing pay and conditions at the company should be observed.
