Anti-smoking group seeks €2 rise in cigarette prices

The anti-smoking group ASH Ireland is calling for cigarette taxes to be increased by €2 per packet of 20 in the upcoming budget.

The organisation said the increase would bring Irish cigarette prices in line with those in the North and England.
