ISME seeks measures to combat crime against businesses

The Irish Small and Medium Enterprises Association has called for increased garda resources and a review of the judicial system in order to combat crime against businesses.

The association said a survey it carried out found that half of small firms were affected by crime in the past year, with theft, burglary and vandalism the most common complaints.
