ISEQ falls 81.10 points

The ISEQ index of Irish shares fell 81.10 points in morning trade today.

Financial stocks were universally down, with Bank of Ireland seeing a 5c fall to €12.40, AIB down 7c to €16.61 and Anglo Irish Bank seeing 35c wiped from its share price, down to €11.05. Irish Life and Permanent added to the gloom, falling 16c to €14.10.
