Union welcomes ruling against Ryanair

The IMPACT trade union has welcoming today’s ruling by the High Court against Ryanair as a victory for workers rights.

Earlier today, Ryanair lost an application to overturn a Labour Court decision which determined that a trade dispute existed between the company and its Dublin-based pilots.
