Diageo to add Bushmills to the mix

It was revealed today that international drinks group Diageo is to buy Bushmills, one of the world's best-known Irish whiskey brands, from Pernod Ricard for approximately £200m (€293.3m).

Diageo, which already owns Guinness and Baileys, will have an Irish Whiskey in its range for the first time.
