IFA mounts protest outside Kildare meat factory

The Irish Farmers Association has mounted a protest outside a meat factory in Co Kildare that it claims is putting beef producers out of business.

The association said the factory in Naas was importing beef from Brazil at rates that left Irish farmers unable to make a profit.
