Providence raises €4.6m through warrants

Oil and gas exploration company Providence Resources has raised €4.63m from 102.9 million warrants exercised by shareholders during the last 12 months at a price of €0.045 per share.

This result is equivalent to 92% of the 111 million warrants issued under the Rights Issue and Subscription in 2004. The exercise period has now expired.
