Ulster Bank reduces fixed rate mortgage

Ulster Bank has announced a reduction in its fixed rate mortgages, effective immediately, from 4.25% to 3.79% on its five year equivalent fixed rate, from 3.89% to 3.59% on its three year equivalent fixed rate and from 3.69% to 3.49% on the two year equivalent fixed rate.

Ulster Bank has announced a reduction in its fixed rate mortgages, effective immediately, from 4.25% to 3.79% on its five year equivalent fixed rate, from 3.89% to 3.59% on its three year equivalent fixed rate and from 3.69% to 3.49% on the two year equivalent fixed rate.

This mortgage rate reduction means that Ulster Bank currently offers the lowest rate five year equivalent fixed rate on the Irish market.
