The European Commission is taking Ireland to the European Court of Justice for failing to introduce competition into the gas market.

The European Commission is taking Ireland to the European Court of Justice for failing to introduce competition into the gas market.

The Commission sent a formal notice letter in October warning that the EU directive on internal gas markets must be implemented.
