The ISEQ index of Irish shares rose 13.11 points to 6307.18 today, led by some advances in the financial sector.
Anglo Irish Bank was up 24c to €9.96, while Bank of Ireland rose 9c to €12.86. AIB reversed the trend somewhat, falling 4c to €16.81 while Irish Life and Permanent was down 14c to €13.61.
