Changing Irish hospitality industry needs more professionalism

The hospitality industry in Ireland needs more professionalism in its ranks if it's to compete on a world stage, according to chief executive Adrian Cummins.

According to the Hotel and Catering Institute, the sector is changing and more funding is a must so the challenge can be met for future tourist potential in the Irish market.
