ISEQ finishes in the red

The ISEQ index of Irish shares closed down 4.89 to 6116.93 today.

The list of most-traded stocks was dominated by the financials, with Bank of Ireland (down 14c to €12.57), AIB (down 1c to €16.37) and Irish Life and Permanent (down 6c to €13.84) all seeing brisk trade.
