The financials were hit hard in early trading today as the ISEQ index was down 16.84 points to 6104.98 this morning.
Bank of Ireland took the biggest loss, shedding 21c to €12.50. AIB lost 12c to stand at €16.26, while Anglo Irish was down 3c to €19.87. Irish Life & Permanent lost 5c to €13.85.
