Following phone systems company Calyx's announcement of their intention to float on the AIM stock exchange last week, the company has invested €750,000 in the expansion of their Cork office.

Following phone systems company Calyx's announcement of their intention to float on the AIM stock exchange last week, the company has invested €750,000 in the expansion of their Cork office.

With revenue growth of over 50% in the Munster region in the voice and data business, Calyx staff numbers have almost doubled in under a year.

The most recent acquisition for the Cork operation was that of telecommunications company Bevcom last year. In 2003 Calyx acquired Moss Technology for €5m.
