Cowen vows to plug tax loopholes

Minister for Finance Brian Cowen has vowed to put an end to loopholes which allow millionaires get away with paying little or no tax.

Speaking at the Irish Taxation Institute last night, Minister Cowen said his next budget will plug the loopholes in a review of tax reliefs and exemptions.
