ISEQ continues positive progress

The ISEQ continued its recent upward trend in morning trade today, up 14.83 points to 6800.42.

Financial stocks continued to perform well - Bank of Ireland was up 10c to €12.90, AIB `by the same amount to €16.37 and Anglo Irish Bank rose 2c to €20.27. Irish Life and Permanent stayed level at €14.80.
