The number of overseas visits to Ireland increased by 4.5% in November 2004 compared with the same month in 2003, according to figures published today by the Central Statistics Office.

The number of overseas visits to Ireland increased by 4.5% in November 2004 compared with the same month in 2003, according to figures published today by the Central Statistics Office.

The CSO said people living abroad made 436,300 trips to Ireland during the month, compared with 417,500 in November 2003.
