Unsuspecting consumers are reportedly being charged outrageous fees for using bank machines installed in shops, pubs, cinemas and petrol stations throughout the country.

Reports this morning said the financial services regulator had informed the Oireachtas Finance Committee that the charges levied for using these machines were up to 10 times more than those levied for using standard ATMs.
