ISEQ down 37.22

The ISEQ Index of Irish shares fell 37.22 points to 6070.82 in morning trade today as the bulk of the market's heavy-hitters recorded falls in value.

All financial stocks were down - AIB by 18 cent to €14.92, Bank of Ireland by four cent to €11.71, Anglo Irish Bank by 18 cent to €17.27 and Irish Life and Permanent by the same amount to €13.37.
