The US dollar dropped to a new all-time low against the euro today as the European currency rose to $1.3022, breaking a week-old record against the slumping greenback.
Persistent worries over high oil prices and the US trade and budget deficits have pushed the dollar to new depths against the 12-nation euro in recent weeks
