The ISEQ index has climbed 9.43 today to stand at 5,597.34 in trading today, with Elan shares on the climb again.
The Irish pharmaceutical giant's shares have leaped 50c today and stand at €19. Elan shares have climbed following speculation earlier this week of a possible takeover of the company.
